Q: After June 10, 2010 will the Avid Online Store carry Avid Media Composer v4 in stock for Liquid customers?

A: Yes.  Avid Liquid customers can take advantage of the Avid Liquid to Avid Media Composer v4 conversion opportunity on the Avid Online Store through June 30, 2010.  They will receive a Physical shipping kit which contains Avid Media Composer v4, QuickStart Guide, Documentation and the v4 Production Suite.

Q: If customers take advantage of the conversion opportunity after June 10, 2010, what will they receive?

A: Customers that purchase the Avid Liquid to Avid Media Composer conversion offer between March 10, 2010 and June 30, 2010 will receive the Avid Media Composer v4 Software, QuickStart Guide and Avid Media Composer v4 Production Suite.  

Important Notes: 

-  Customers must register their Avid Media Composer v4 prior to June 30, 2010 to be eligible for a free download upgrade to Avid Media Composer v5. 

-  Customers are required to download the Media Composer v5 upgrade by June 30, 2010.

Q: If a customer takes advantage of the Avid Liquid EOL to Avid Media Composer v4 conversion opportunity are they eligible for a free upgrade to the Media Composer v5 Production Suite?

A: No. Customers are welcome to purchase an upgrade to the Avid Media Composer v5 Production Suite on the Avid Online Store or upgrade any of the components through the third party vendor.
