Lots of choices - and it will take some experimenting and it definitely
depends on your intended audience. What size screen, how clear do you want
it, what should your audio settings be ? I think the bottom line for
web development is to find settings that load large files quickly and gives you
a decent picture, and this I will be keeping track of. This too is a
continually developing page - and I will add to it as I discover what settings I
like to use. Load times will vary based on your connection speed and
probably time of day.
One tip: make your video 320x240 and set for about 368 KBPS bandwidth.
